Audrey Tautou
Audrey Tautou was born in Beaumont in Puy-de-Domme France on August 9 1976 the eldest of four children. Her parents, both dentists, and a school teacher, were supportive and encouraged in her early enthusiasm for theater and drama. It was her initial desire to become a professional monkey was surpassed by her desire to pursue a degree in theater and drama. The early success of her career and the rapid growth in popularity marked her as a young actor. Following her graduation and completing her studies, she took part in the French program for scouting talent on television Jeunes Premiers. The show awarded her the the title of Best Young Actress in the Beziers Festival of Young Actors in the year 2000 and began her career acting as an actress. Tautou is a pupil of an Institut Catholique de Paris in Paris when she was a kid and studied there at school and has publicly disavowed her Catholic upbringing. The model pursued her career alongside her acting career and is the model for L'Oreal Mont Blanc and Chanel frequently referred to as the Chanel Muse. The photography of her is also a passion and she recently exhibited her work at the Arles festival, under the title Superficial. She is a photographer who focuses on celebrities, fame and the public that scrutinised her since her rise to fame in Amelie. There are also some photographs of her own self. Audrey Tautou rose to fame and recognition with her movie role in Le Fabuleux in the film d'Amelie Pouulain. Amelie won international acclai box commercial success, and received acclaim during awards ceremonies around the world. Amelie was the highest-rated French-language film in the US. Following this massive success, Tautou starred in several films, which included British dramatics, such as Stephen Knight's Dirty Pretty Things and Jean-Pierre Jeunet's Un long dimanche de fiancailles. Also, she starred with Tom Hanks in Ron Howard's The Da Vinci Code directed by Dan Brown.
